*APA* (Advance Provisioning Allowance): 25% of the charter fee – This is used to cover the following costs: Food & beverages as per your preference sheet / Fuel for motorized water toys, extended cruising, or generator use / Port fees and dockage / Any additional expenses incurred during the charter (based on guest requests). **The APA is an advance payment. Any unused portion of the APA will be refunded after the charter. However, if expenses exceed the APA, you will be billed for the difference. (Full accounting is provided on a net-net basis, with no added service fees or upcharges.)**

Taxes & Fees: 4% Bahamian tax on the charter fee / 10% VAT (Value Added Tax) on the charter fee

Shore activities (dining, shopping, off-yacht excursions, etc.)

Excessive alcohol consumption beyond the included provisions
